Jinghu Lake's Shili Lotus Pond in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, is now in peak bloom. The Midsummer Date with Lotus event opened on June 28.

Highlights include the debut of traditional rowboat tours, allowing visitors to glide through lush lotus blossoms. The event also features a night cruise, a themed market, photo exhibitions, live music, and costumed performers.

Activities will run through late August.
